Mark G Bramich
PRINCIPAL AND SENIOR LAWYER
Mark graduated from Monash University in 1984 with a Distinction in Contract Law. After completing his articles with a commercial law practitioner, Mark started his own practice in 1987 in Noble Park (where he grew up), before later moving his family and legal practice to Hallam.
Mark’s preferred areas of practice are Family Law, Business and Commercial Law, and Civil Litigation and he has practised extensively in these areas for over four decades. Mark is passionate about helping his clients achieve the best results and making the law accessible to everyone.

Melanie Bramich
LAWYER
Melanie has worked in the legal industry for more than two decades, having started as a paralegal. After building a strong background in practical experience, Melanie obtained her Bachelor of Laws and graduated with Honours from Deakin University. Since completing her practical legal training and being admitted as a lawyer, Melanie has continued to build on her significant experience and hone her post-admission skills.
Melanie practises in Wills and Probate including Estate disputes, and Property Law & Conveyancing, and has more than 20 years’ experience in these areas.
Melanie is often commended on her attention to detail and empathy, providing easy to understand advice and guidance to ensure the best outcome for her clients. Melanie also enjoys finding innovations to improve the experience for our clients and make the practice run more smoothly.
